Ionut started as a product manager at AppLift in 2012, and, during his first years he constantly showed his enthusiasm for every project. After proving himself time and time again, he was promoted to Head of Product. In early 2014, he saw a new opportunity for native advertising in mobile and took this business idea to start his own company. Pubnative is a mobile publisher platform with a focus on native advertising for apps and mobile web. Not only did he get the resources and support from the company, but he also acquired a 7-digit funding figure from AppLift. Today Pubnative, is a top contender in the native mobile landscape and is continuously innovating and growing into new markets and verticals.
Patrick started his career at Applift in early 2014 as a junior HR manager. He, too, showed passion for his work and continuous improvement. Patrick had previously taken part in an exchange program in Korea, where he completely fell in love with the culture, the people and the country. Unfortunately, he had to return home to complete his degree. Luckily, earlier this year an opportunity arose to take the lead over the HR team in Seoul and Patrick was our ideal candidate.
